By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Terms for account use
If you use this website/app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, for restricting access to your computer or phone, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that RenoPros is not responsible for third-party access to your account that is a result of theft or misappropriation of your account. RenoPros and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, and to remove or edit content at our sole discretion. You must create an account and profile and asked to provide certain information order to use some features of the website/app. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your RenoPros account password and also for any activities that occur in connection with this account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason. In creating your RenoPros profile, we ask that you provide accurate information about yourself to bring credibility to your contributions on the website or app. This website or app and its components are offered for informational purposes only, RenoPros shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the website/app, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

You acknowledge that home/project owners have the option to provide reviews and ratings base on their experience dealing with the renovation service providers. These reviews and ratings will be posted on the renovation service provider’s profile or list which may be viewable by other users. User content does not reflect the opinion of RenoPros. At our discretion, and without any notice to you, RenoPros reserves the right to remove or reinstate user content. We may remove user content, correct a company’s rating and reject subsequent submissions from you, disable your account, or block your IP address. RenoPros does not take responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of user content, nor do we guarantee any confidentiality with respect to your content. You may not use the website/app to bully other users, upload illegal material, modify website/app content, send spam or hack into user information. You shall not use the website/app in any manner that could interfere with any other user’s use. Furthermore, you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the website, app, services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to RenoPros through hacking, password mining or any other means.
